Inspection and supervision delegation No. 4 of the Politburo and the Secretariat led by Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee as Head of the Delegation - organized the announcement of the inspection and supervision decision of the Politburo and the Secretariat for the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on leading, directing, organizing research, studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating and implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of Directive No. 01-CT/TW dated January 23, 2026 of the Politburo on researching, studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; Directive No. 46-CT/TW dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee - emphasized that the Politburo and the Secretariat always identify inspection and supervision as a very important task and are carried out regularly; inspection and supervision right from the beginning when resolutions and directives are newly issued to ensure the implementation is in the right direction and highly effective.
The Head of the Central Organization Committee clearly stated that, through supervision, the Supervisory Delegation is responsible for helping the Politburo and the Secretariat see the advantages, limitations, and shortcomings to promptly direct and rectify; guide and resolve arising difficulties and obstacles; replicate good, creative, and effective models and practices, ensuring that Party organizations from the Central to local levels fully and deeply grasp the major policies of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements. At the same time, improve the awareness, political determination, responsibility, and spirit of self-awareness and exemplary behavior of Party committees, Party organizations and cadres and party members, especially leaders, in implementing Party policies.
Head of the Central Organization Committee requested the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee to direct the preparation of reports in a very urgent, responsible and quality manner according to the Suggested Outline and Appendix of the Delegation sent along with the implementation of tasks, ensuring the organization of the 16th National Assembly election and the election of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term takes place absolutely safely and achieves high results; continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate, and implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, avoiding formality, waste and ensuring high efficiency. The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee directs advisory and assisting agencies, and directly affiliated party committees to prepare good reports, dossiers, documents and other related requirements to serve the inspection and verification work of the Delegation so that supervision ensures the correct plan and quality; assign officials to coordinate with the Delegation throughout the implementation process at the unit.
For members of Inspection and Supervision Team No. 4, the Head of the Central Organization Committee requested to promote high sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the assignment and direction of the Team Leaders; proactively and focusedly in appraising, verifying, and studying relevant dossiers and documents; implement document confidentiality, speaking discipline and strictly implement the internal regulations and rules of the Team in working and living at units to supervise; ensure the content and progress of the supervision according to the Plan set out.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau affirmed that the inspection delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat's inspection and supervision is also an opportunity for the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee to self-criticize the results and contents of work, and at the same time learn more creative ways of doing things, thereby continuing to research and have solutions to effectively implement the assigned tasks. The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee highly agreed with the inspection plan and working schedule of the delegation, ready to exchange and closely coordinate, and provide timely and complete dossiers and documents related to the delegation's requirements.
