On the afternoon of February 25, in Hung Yen City, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong - Head of Inspection Team No. 190 of the Politburo - chaired a Conference to announce the Politburo's Decision and inspection plan for 2025 for the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
The representative of the Inspection Team announced the Politburo's inspection decisions, plans and programs related to: Summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee and Conclusion 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW, associated with the establishment and operation of new party committees;
The implementation of Directive No. 35/CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 adjust and supplement a number of contents of Directive 35.

The delegation will also inspect the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on Socio-Economic Development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
Hung Yen Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia said that the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion 121-KL/TW on innovation and streamlining of the apparatus was seriously and synchronously directed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party committees at all levels according to the requirements of the Central Government with a spirit of determination, perseverance, and high consensus among cadres, party members and people. Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 35.CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, Party committees from the province to the grassroots have proactively developed a plan to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directive and conclusion.
Review, find good models, good lessons
According to VNA, in his speech directing the conference, President Luong Cuong requested the leaders of Hung Yen province to thoroughly grasp the purpose, requirements, and inspection content, and at the same time review, evaluate, and consider whether there are good lessons and good models to report for the Central Government to consider and direct and replicate.
The province also needs to make recommendations and proposals to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the resolutions, directives, conclusions and instructions of the Central Government.
Regarding specific contents, the President emphasized that in the process of implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion 121-KL/TW, it is necessary to link with the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/T to prepare for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The President also noted that the issue of breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation is an inevitable and urgent need, so the province needs to carefully assess the results of the past time, thereby drawing lessons and pointing out what difficulties and obstacles need to be resolved to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW. On the other hand, the province also needs to carefully review the growth target to achieve the target in implementing Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW.
The President noted that the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and the Inspection Team need to strictly perform their assigned tasks, strictly comply with the principles, processes and procedures in accordance with the Party's regulations; ensure objectivity, accuracy, fairness and timeliness. All conclusions and recommendations must be based on reality, honestly reflecting the situation, with a constructive spirit to help Party organizations effectively implement the Party's policies and guidelines on the 4 above-mentioned contents.
