Chairman of the City People's Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet signed Official Letter No. 1327/UBND-SNV on the number and allowances for part-time workers in communes and wards.
The total number of non-professional workers in communes and wards in the city decided by the City People's Council in Resolution No. 13/NQ-HDND dated August 12, 2025 is 1,335 people.
To receive the following allowances: for part-time workers in communes and wards formed from the arrangement and merger of communes and wards within the administrative boundaries of Da Nang city (before the arrangement of administrative units in 2025), the monthly allowance level will be applied according to the provisions of Resolution No. 99/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 14, 2023 of the People's Council of Da Nang city (before the arrangement of administrative units in 2025).
For non-professional workers in communes and wards formed from the arrangement and merger of communes and wards within the administrative boundaries of Quang Nam province (before the arrangement of administrative units in 2025), the monthly allowance level will be applied according to the provisions of Resolution No. 12/2023/NQ-HDND dated September 22, 2023 of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (before the arrangement of administrative units in 2025).
The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for implementing according to their authority the regulations on the number and allowance levels for part-time workers in communes and wards according to Resolution No. 13/NQ-HDND of the City People's Council.
Develop a plan to arrange and assign specific non-professional workers in communes and wards to support the work of the political system of communes and wards by May 31, 2026, report to the Party Committee of communes and wards for consideration and consensus; report to the City People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) before August 31, 2025.
Manage, use, and resolve policies and regimes for part-time workers in accordance with their authority. At the same time, continue to review, make a list, and send to the Department of Home Affairs for appraisal and submission to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for consideration and approval of cases of non-professional workers who have quit their jobs from now until May 31, 2026.
