Da Nang also adjusted the 1.7 km2 boundary and merged more than 5,000 people of Hoa Phuoc commune (Hoa Vang) into Hoa Xuan ward. 8.4 km2 and more than 1,300 people of Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang) merged into Hoa Bac commune.
According to the new resolution, Hai Chau district will include Hai Chau 1 ward (Hai Chau, Phuoc Ninh, Binh Thuan), Hai Chau 2 ward (Thanh Binh, Thuan Phuoc, Thach Thang) and Hai Chau 3 ward (Hoa Thuan Tay, Hoa Cuong Bac, Hoa Cuong Nam).
Thanh Khe District includes Thanh Khe 1 Ward (Xuan Ha, Chinh Gian, Thac Gian), Thanh Khe 2 Ward (Thanh Khe Tay, Thanh Khe Dong, An Khe).
Son Tra District includes Son Tra 1 Ward (Phuoc My, An Hai Bac, An Hai Nam) and Son Tra 2 Ward (Tho Quang, Nai Hien Dong, Man Thai).
Ngu Hanh Son District includes Ngu Hanh Son 1 Ward (My An, Khue My, Hoa Hai) and Ngu Hanh Son 2 (Hoa Quy, Hoa Phuoc).

Hoa Vang district includes Hoa Vang 1 commune (Hoa Phong, Hoa Phu); Hoa Vang 2 commune (Hoa Tien, Hoa Khuong) and Hoa Vang 3 commune (Hoa Ninh, Hoa Nhon).
