For the department performing the functions and tasks of media and television at the current Cultural - Sports Center or Cultural - Information and Sports Center: Transfer the status of personnel, assets, finances, records, and documents to Da Nang Radio and Television Newspaper to receive and organize the management and provision of media career services in the inter-commune area.
For the site clearance Board or the department performing site clearance tasks of the Project Management and Site Clearance Board under the People's Committees of districts and towns at present: Transfer the status of personnel, assets, finances, and documents related to the site clearance activities currently managed by the People's Committees of districts and towns to the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of the city, organized into branches serving the inter-commune area.
For the current Project Management Board under the People's Committee of the district: Transfer the status quo of personnel, assets, finances, and documents related to the current project management activities managed by the People's Committee of the district to the city's specialized management boards (the City People's Committee has a directive document to the receiving unit).
For the remaining public service units of the People's Committees of districts and towns, after transferring their functions and tasks to agencies and units under the management of the city, they will be reorganized and established into 1 Public Service Center, a public service unit under the People's Committee of the new ward or commune to provide basic and essential public service services to people in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, information, communications, urban areas, market management, and other fields currently managed by the locality in the area (on the basis of reorganizing public service units under the People's Committees of districts and towns).
