Implement the direction of the Government Office in Official Dispatch No. 656/VPCP-KSTT dated July 16, 2025 and to effectively implement the tasks of Project 06, Project to Innovation the implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures, improving the quality of service for people and businesses at the Public Administration Service Center.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee has directed the heads of departments, branches, sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones to urgently direct the implementation of reviewing, inspecting, and thoroughly handling overdue records being processed on the National Public Service Portal; apologizing to people and businesses; strictly rectifying and handling agencies and affiliated units, cadres, civil servants, and public employees who have acts of harassment and negativity, causing additional administrative procedures, records, papers, requiring conditions that are not in accordance with regulations or many times leading to delays in receiving and handling administrative procedures.
Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes, especially wards and communes with conditions to receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement at the District-level Public Administration Service Centers (for the fields of land, population management, business registration) arrange civil servants and public employees to directly receive documents and return results at the Center to ensure progress and implementation efficiency.
Assign the Department of Finance, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City to study and base on the payment situation, arrange in coordination with the People's Committees at ward and commune levels; advise the City People's Committee to arrange human resources, facilities, management software, organize training on processes and operations to resolve administrative procedures such as at departments, branches, and District and District Public Administration Service Centers, to expand the application conditions, determine authority, responsibility, and ensure quality service to people and businesses.
