The Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee issued Official Letter No. 648-CV/BTGDVTU on promoting peak propaganda to welcome the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Accordingly, the 18th Hanoi Party Congress is scheduled to take place for 3 days (from October 15 to 17, 2025). This is a particularly important political event for the Party Committee and People of the Capital, in the context that the entire Party, people and army are preparing to enter a new stage of development with many opportunities and fortunes.
The propaganda work on the 18th City Party Congress is a key political task, which needs to be implemented synchronously, extensively, creatively and effectively, ensuring a strong spread in social life, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, cheering the entire Party Committee, government and people of the Capital towards this important event.
Regarding propaganda work, it is divided into 3 stages: Before, during and after the Congress with specific requirements. In the pre-Congress period, the propaganda focus needs to focus on clarifying the meaning and importance of the 18th Congress; comprehensively introducing draft documents, especially major development orientations of the Capital in the next 5 years.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee requires agencies and units to maximize the people's mastery by organizing the wid collection of comments on draft documents, thereby arousing the intelligence, responsibility and expectations of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life. Along with that, it is necessary to promote the outstanding achievements after 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 17th Congress, commend typical advanced collectives and individuals, good models, and creative ways of doing things in emulation movements to celebrate the Congress.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee also requested the propaganda system from the City to the grassroots, press and media agencies of the Capital to increase the application of digital technology, innovate the form of expression to make propaganda content rich, attractive, approachable, and easy to reach the people. The decoration and visual encouragement at the city center, headquarters of agencies, units, and localities, along with cultural, artistic, and mass sports activities, need to be organized synchronously, creating an exciting atmosphere, confidence and pride in society.
During the days of the Congress, propaganda work focused on promptly and fully reflecting the developments, contents and results of each working session, especially major decisions on the development of the Capital; affirming the spirit of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, intelligence and the desire for innovation of the delegates attending the Congress.
Immediately after the Congress, the propaganda content needs to focus on affirming the comprehensive success of the 18th Congress, emphasizing the quality of documents, personnel results, as well as the spirit of solidarity, innovation and creativity of the Congress.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee also requires all propaganda work before, during and after the Congress to ensure political and ideological orientation, promote the tradition of solidarity, pride and heroic spirit of the nation, associated with the great achievements that the Capital and the country have achieved in nearly 40 years of renovation.
