Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Khamphao Earthavanh said that the 14th National Party Congress marks a new milestone in Vietnam's development period after 40 years since the Doi Moi period, is an important political event for Vietnam and for international friends, neighboring countries, and strategic partners of Vietnam.
The Lao Ambassador highly appreciated the great and historically significant achievements that the Party, State and people of Vietnam have achieved in recent years: Maintaining firm political and social stability, promoting economic development, clearly improving people's lives, and constantly enhancing Vietnam's position and prestige in the international arena.
The achievements Vietnam has achieved are increasingly affirmed by the talented leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the solidarity and cohesion of the entire Vietnamese nation" - Ambassador Khamphao Earthavanh emphasized.
The Lao Ambassador to Vietnam expressed his belief that with the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation and development, the 14th National Party Congress "will issue comprehensive orientations, which will be the foundation for Vietnam to enter a new stage of sustainable and more successful development", achieving the goal of becoming a developing country with modern industry, high average income by 2030 and aiming to become a developed country with high income by 2045.
The leading diplomat of Laos in Vietnam believes and expects that, with Vietnam's strategic self-reliance orientations stemming from the 14th Congress, Vietnam's strategic self-reliance spirit will continue to be strengthened, along with strengthening traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and partners, including Vietnam-Laos bilateral relations, for the practical interests of the people of the two countries, for peace, stability and sustainable development of the region and the world.
Meanwhile, Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi Salama, Head of the Foreign Affairs Delegation to Vietnam, believes that the 14th National Party Congress will make major decisions, taking the interests of the Vietnamese people as autonomy, independence, self-reliance, serving the development interests of the country, serving mutual cooperation, serving long-term peace not only in the region but also in the world.

Emphasizing that throughout his career, he has attended nearly 5 Congresses of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 5th, 7th, 11th, 12th, 13th and upcoming 14th Congresses, the Palestinian diplomat said that in each stage, Vietnam always finds a way to continue to fulfill the aspirations of the entire nation to build a strong, developed and protective country.
Pointing out that the 14th Congress received the attention of Vietnamese people as well as many foreigners following Vietnam, the Palestinian Ambassador believes that with more than 80 years of experience of the Communist Party of Vietnam and leaders who always put the interests of the people first, the 14th Congress will issue resolutions serving the interests of the Vietnamese people, serving cooperation, development and peace in the world. "I wish the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam to achieve good results for the Vietnamese people, people in the region and people around the world" - the Ambassador said.
