At the Congress, delegates focused on evaluating the results achieved and limitations in the operation of the Party Committee since its establishment. On that basis, discuss and develop directions, goals, tasks and implementation solutions for the 2025-2030 term.
The focus is on improving leadership capacity, building a team of cadres and party members with strong political will, good moral qualities, high sense of responsibility, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
In his speech, Mr. Pham Cong Quan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council - emphasized that each cadre and party member needs to clearly recognize their role and responsibility; promote intelligence, proactively advise on policies and guidelines close to reality, promote the application of technology and digital transformation in work; improve the effectiveness of coordination in the political system, and build a strong and comprehensive Party Committee.
The Congress also contributed opinions to the draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Political Report of the Hai Duong Ward Party Committee to the 1st Ward Party Congress.
At the Congress, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee's personnel was approved. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Ward Party Agencies (Hai Phong City) for the 2025 - 2030 term.
