The Politburo and the Secretariat have just issued Conclusion No. 163-KL/TW on implementing a number of contents and tasks when reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units according to the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat.
At this conclusion, the Politburo and the Secretariat basically agreed with the report on the situation and progress of the implementation of the Resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government and the Politburo on organizing the organizational structure and administrative unit (from June 1.6 to June 5, 2025) by the Central Organizing Committee.
Agreed with the recommendations and proposals stated in the report on the implementation of a number of contents and tasks when arranging organizational structure and administrative units according to the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo and the Secretariat.
The Politburo and the Secretariat agreed on the policy of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee to lead and direct the management of the total payroll in 2025 that was assigned by the Central Organizing Committee to streamline the payroll and restructure the contingent of cadres, civil servants and officials in accordance with the Party's policies and regulations; Proactively decide the transfer of payroll indicators between the government and the Party and mass organizations in the process of organizing the organizational structure, administrative units at all levels, implementing the model of the two -level local government in accordance with the guidelines and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat (ensuring that the total payroll and the structure of cadres, civil servants and officials have been assigned by the Central Committee); promptly report to the Central Organizing Committee number of the above -mentioned transfer, for synthesis and monitoring.
Also according to conclusion No. 163, the Politburo, the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the National Assembly to lead and direct through the Constitution, the relevant laws and resolutions; guide the organization and operation of the National Assembly delegation and the People's Council at all levels after arranging; Timely advise and adjust and supplement Conclusion No. 153 -KL/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on the direction of election of the XVI National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the term 2026 - 2031 accordingly.
Conclusion No. 163 also stated the task, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to preside over and coordinate with the Government Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations, the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to unify the time, program, content and organize a training conference on June 14 - 15, 2025, ensuring synchronization, effectiveness and efficiency.
