Speaking at the opening of the congress, Mr. Vu Hong Van said that the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is of great significance, affirming the political determination, bravery, maturity and trust of the Party Committee, government and people in the armed forces of the province.

This Congress focused on discussing and evaluating the leadership results of the Party Committee in the past term, at the same time discussing the direction for the new term 2025-2030 and giving comments on the draft documents of the Party Committee at the higher level.
Mr. Vu Hong Van suggested that the delegates promote high spirit, responsibility, pioneering spirit, exemplary spirit, and solidarity in performing well the tasks set by the congress. Thereby, promoting the building of a clean and strong Party Committee; building a comprehensively strong and "exemplary" provincial armed forces; together with the province, the military region armed forces firmly entered a new era of national development.

At the congress, delegates heard the announcement of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Decision on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Military Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
