This morning (September 12), the first Party Congress of the advisory and support agencies of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030, took place in Hanoi.
Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh attended and gave a speech at the Congress.
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister basically agreed with the assessments of the results of the activities of the 2020 - 2025 term and the directions, goals, tasks and solutions of the 2025 - 2030 term in the draft Political Report submitted to the Congress.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh said that although it has only been established and put into operation for nearly 4 months, the Party Committee and the advisory and support agencies of the Government Party Committee have closely followed the leadership and direction of the Government Party Committee, proactively and efforts to overcome difficulties, and led cadres and party members to successfully complete assigned tasks.
The work of building party organizations and party members continues to be strengthened; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations and party members are improved; consulting on the arrangement of the apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW has achieved many important results.
Timely advise on receiving and appointing personnel for Party committees of ministries, branches, and agencies subject to consolidation, merger, and new establishment so that Party committees can quickly come into stable operation, without interruption of activities and work.
In addition to the achieved results, the Congress also frankly acknowledged, assessed and analyzed the limitations and shortcomings in the recent term as stated in the Political Report and Review Report of the Executive Committee.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh suggested that the Congress should continue to analyze and clarify the causes, especially subjective causes, to draw lessons and propose solutions to overcome them soon in the coming time.
To effectively perform the assigned functions and tasks, the Party Committee of the agency, the subordinate Party cells and all cadres and Party members in the Party Committee of the agency must continue to enhance political determination, make more efforts in action, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to face difficulties and challenges for the common good.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh also noted that the Party Committee of the Agency should continue to innovate leadership methods in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Party Committee of the Agency; build a team of cadres and Party members in the Party Committee of the Agency that are truly exemplary in quality, ethics, and lifestyle; exemplary in performing professional tasks.
Strengthen internal solidarity, expand democracy along with raising awareness of disciplinary organization associated with inspection and supervision work.
Enhance the responsibility of setting an example, practicing a culture of integrity of cadres and party members, especially the example of leaders.
Pay attention to implementing office culture in agencies and units, creating a professional, close and affectionate working environment; cadres and civil servants support each other for mutual development.
In particular, each cadre and party member in the Party Committee of the agency needs to clearly recognize the role and responsibility of party members and cadres in the agency that is the brainchild of advising and assisting the Government Party Committee in Party building work in the face of new development requirements of the country to change thinking, thinking, and working methods.
