Accordingly, in Thu Dau Mot city, there are 4 reception points of 4 new wards after the arrangement during the testing phase including: reception points at the headquarters of Thu Dau Mot Ward People's Committee, No. 1 Quang Trung Street, Phu Cuong Ward, Thu Dau Mot City;
Acceptance point at Phu An Ward People's Committee headquarters, No. 3 Nguyen Duc Canh Street, Hiep An Ward, Thu Dau Mot City;
Reception point at Phu Loi Ward People's Committee headquarters, No. 438 Phu Loi Street, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City;
The reception point is at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward, No. 279, Ho Van Cong Street, Quarter 3, Tuong Binh Hiep Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.
The above receiving points will receive and return results for administrative procedures under the authority of the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City and the People's Committee of the ward according to regulations. At the same time, the administrative procedure file will be processed under the authority of the Thu Dau Mot City Land Registration Office Branch.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thu Cuc - Chairman of Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee, the trial and acceptance of solutions for the above 4 new wards will start from June 16 to June 30.
The procedures of the old wards in the city still carry out the settlement of normal administrative procedures, in parallel with the trial operation of 4 new reception points.
Previously, Thu Dau Mot City had 14 wards, after the arrangement, there were 4 wards with the names: Chanh Hiep, Thu Dau Mot, Phu Loi, Phu An. In particular, Hoa Phu ward, Phu My ward, Phu Tan ward will merge with Phu Chanh ward (Tan Uyen city) to form Binh Duong ward. This is a key ward of Binh Duong province.
Binh Duong ward and 4 newly established wards in Thu Dau Mot will be put into trial operation until the end of June 2025 and officially operate from July 1.
