The National Assembly Standing Committee proposed to withdraw the content of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies, especially to invest in the development of the railway system from the session agenda.
At the same time, adjust the time the National Assembly considers and approves the amended Railway Law from submitting to the National Assembly for comments at the 9th Session, approving at the 10th Session to giving opinions and approving at the 9th Session to meet practical requirements.
