At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on receiving Mr. Nguyen Tien Duy - Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, to work at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office; and at the same time appointed him to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also announced the announcement on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Mai Huy Hoang to cease holding the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee (UBND) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
Following that was the announcement about the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Hai to no longer hold the position of Deputy Director, no longer be in charge of the Nghi Son Construction Investment Project Management Board (under the Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board of Thanh Hoa province), appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director and assigned to be in charge of the Thanh Hoa Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Khac Thang to cease holding the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Central Committee Member, Provincial Party Secretary, to transfer and appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Office.
