On April 23, the survey delegation of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee led by Mr. Trieu Tai Vinh - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee surveyed and grasped the situation of propaganda and mass mobilization work when implementing local government at 2 levels, inspected the operation of the Public Administration Service Center and worked with the Party Committee of Hung Ha commune, Hung Yen province.
At the working session, the Party Committee of Hung Ha commune reported on the results of implementing key tasks since the implementation of the 2-level local government model to date. Accordingly, immediately after receiving instructions from the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee, Hung Ha commune proactively arranged and consolidated the organizational structure of the government and the political system.
Focus on promoting propaganda and thoroughly grasping the guidelines, resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Government; policies and laws of the State and the province. Ideological orientation work is concerned with leadership and direction; the thoughts and aspirations of the people are resolved promptly, without allowing hot spots to arise.
In the process of implementation, Hung Ha commune pays special attention to ideological work, creating consensus among cadres, civil servants and people. Up to now, the Party Committee and local government have gone into operation smoothly, effectively, efficiently, serving the people well.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have promoted their role in propagating and mobilizing cadres, union members, association members and people to well implement emulation movements and political tasks in the locality.
At the working session, delegates participated in discussions, with 7 exchanged opinions, suggesting 15 issues in all aspects and fields of propaganda and mass mobilization work in the locality in the past time.
Concluding the working session, Mr. Trieu Tai Vinh highly appreciated the results achieved by Hung Ha commune in implementing local government at 2 levels along with propaganda and mass mobilization work in the past time. At the same time, he acknowledged the opinions, exchanges, and recommendations at the working session to summarize and propose to the Central Government more appropriate and effective solutions in the coming period.
He emphasized that the working session is not only an opportunity to evaluate the achieved results, but also an opportunity to share experiences, remove difficulties, and orient practical solutions to continue improving propaganda and mass mobilization work, especially at the grassroots level in the coming time.
