Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 523/QD-TTg dated March 6, 2025 to establish Working Groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote annual public investment disbursement at ministries, central and local agencies.

Establish 7 Working Groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote annual disbursement of public investment capital at ministries, central and local agencies (in ministries, central and local agencies, the disbursement rate is below the national average):

Working Group No. 1: Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh as Head of the Working Group. Inspecting ministries and central agencies: Office of the National Assembly; Government Office; Supreme People's Court; Supreme People's Procuracy; Ministry of National Defense; Ministry of Public Security; Ministry of Home Affairs; Government Inspectorate; Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; localities: Hue; Da Nang; Quang Nam; Quang Ngai; Binh Dinh; Phu Yen; Khanh Hoa; Ninh Thuan; Binh Thuan.

Working Group No. 2: Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha as Head of the Working Group. Inspect the ministries and central agencies: Ministry of Agriculture and Environment; Ministry of Construction; Central Party Office; Office of the President; Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Hanoi National University; Ho Chi Minh City National University; localities: Hanoi; Phu Tho; Bac Giang; Hoa Binh; Thanh Hoa; Nghe An; Ha Tinh; Quang Binh; Quang Tri.
