Speaking at the Forum, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that, on the basis of the relationship between the two countries, Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises not only cooperate for mutual development but also contribute to strengthening the relationship between the two Parties, two States and between two cultures and cultures. At the same time, this is also a practical contribution to the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership, building a Vietnam - China Community of common destiny with long-term strategic significance.
Vietnam is currently entering a new era of development with the aspiration to become a rich, strong and prosperous country. The Party and State of Vietnam have identified a " Strategic quartet" to implement the 100-year development goals, while strongly implementing the reform of the political apparatus and local government.
The Vietnamese government continues to steadfastly implement the "three strategic breakthroughs" including institutional improvement, infrastructure development and improving the quality of human resources. The Prime Minister acknowledged that the space and opportunities for economic cooperation between the two countries are still very large, especially in the fields of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green economy and circular economy. He suggested that businesses of the two countries strengthen investment and business cooperation in the spirit of mutual benefit, harmonious benefits, and shared risks.
The Prime Minister expressed his confidence that with the current positive political atmosphere, businesses of the two countries will have more favorable conditions for business cooperation, bringing higher added value. The success of Chinese enterprises is also the success of Vietnam, contributing to deepening the friendship between Vietnam and China.
Right at the Forum, under the witness of the Prime Minister and delegates, businesses and groups of the two countries exchanged 9 cooperation agreements in the fields of energy, railways, information technology, telecommunications, real estate, transportation and import and export of goods.
