It can be seen that, with the right vision and policy, in the socialist -oriented market economy, the private economy development is a vital choice to promote material production, create social change, "turn on" in technological level, vocational training, increase capital absorption capacity, promote labor productivity, build technical facilities for socialism. 3. Promoting and creating a strong innovation of administrative thinking from controlling to accompanying, considering the business as an "serving" object instead of the object of "management", ensuring the principle of "speaking in parallel with" unity in the whole political system. Spend 5-10% of priority land in high-tech industrial parks for startups to rent at preferential prices. Expanding the legal sandbox model nationwide, allowing practical testing with fintech, AI, digital agriculture within a clear legal protection time frame. Build free or subsidized legal consulting centers for small and medium-sized enterprises in localities.
Fourthly, building a team of businessmen really becomes a "soldier" on the economic front, participating in the essence in policy making. Protect, support, encourage and honor the team of businessmen with patriotism, national spirit, the sense of compliance with the law, the desire to rise to enrich themselves and contribute to enriching the country, knowledge and capacity of business management in the market economy, responsible for workers and social community.
