In his concluding remarks, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee - stated the goal of striving to have 2 million enterprises by 2030, but it is necessary to ensure both the quantity and quality of enterprises.
At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to clarifying the content of developing leading and pioneering enterprises in various fields, including innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, etc.
The draft project has proposed policy groups, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested classifying and clarifying policies for each group of enterprises (such as large enterprises, medium enterprises, small enterprises, micro enterprises, business households, startups) and for each issue such as land, currency - banking, finance - fiscal, technology, linkage, etc.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that solutions must be bold, strong, and breakthrough, but need to clarify the arguments, legal basis, practical basis, political basis, and international experience to propose these solutions.
Clarify whether the solutions proposed are based on careful research and when issued, are highly feasible, can they be applied to life, and bring about efficiency.
The Government leader gave an example of assigning tasks and placing orders with enterprises in implementing large, national key projects and works.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that when issued, the Resolution of the Politburo will help create peace of mind, create trust, create excitement, help the private economic sector operate and develop healthily and effectively.
The Deputy Prime Minister compared that "unblocking" and unblocking bottlenecks for the private economic sector to open up is like a brick and stone that has long obstructed the water flow and will be lifted to let the water flow "alarm".
Regarding the next tasks, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the members of the Steering Committee to promote the highest sense of responsibility, deploy tasks and tasks with a spirit of urgency but must ensure the best quality.
