On the afternoon of July 2, under the chairmanship of Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province, Ms. Chau Thi My Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Mr. Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Dong Thap province announced the decision to establish an advisory, support and appointment agency for cadres.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee announced and presented decisions to establish agencies and units: Provincial Party Committee Office and appointed Ms. Pham Thi Mai Tien as Chief of Office and 4 deputy Chief of Office. Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and appoint Mr. Phan Van Thuong as Head of the Committee. Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen as Head of the Committee. Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi as Head of the Committee. Establish the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and appoint Mr. Phan Van Hop as Chairman. Appointed Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Provincial Political School, along with 2 Vice Principals.

At the same time, the Decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of 11 Directors, 61 Deputy Directors of provincial departments and branches, 1 Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, 5 Deputy Chief of the Office, and 1 Chief Inspector of the province were announced and implemented.
