Accordingly, as soon as the central ministries and branches announce the administrative procedures, the departments and branches of Dong Thap send staff to the administrative procedure control unit and related professional civil servants to work directly at the Provincial People's Committee Office; together with the responsible civil servants of the Public Administration Center to prepare a draft Decision of the Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee (new) on announcing the list of administrative procedures and approving the internal process of handling administrative procedures under their authority.
The Provincial People's Committee Office notes that departments and branches are responsible for closely coordinating with civil servants of departments and branches of Tien Giang province to unify relevant contents, and fully supplement specific administrative procedures for each locality (such as border, sea, etc.) in this draft Decision.
Also according to this document, the Office of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province requested the Department of Science and Technology to prepare necessary conditions to include in the Administrative Procedure Information System, ensuring common application and unification for the handling of work related to each administrative procedure in the new Dong Thap province in a timely manner from July 1, 2025.
According to the assessment, this is an important content to prepare for the time of official operation of the 2-level local government model and the merger of the two provinces of Dong Thap and Tien Giang.
