Officials working far away are supported with a maximum of 6 million/month
The session passed a Resolution regulating support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers (CBCCVCNLD) affected by the arrangement of provincial and commune-level administrative units.
This is a policy to facilitate employees to stabilize their travel conditions, accommodation and working environment after the merger, thereby ensuring work security, contributing to maintaining stability and efficiency in the operation of the new apparatus.

The beneficiaries are civil servants and public employees working at Party agencies, state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and public service units affected by the arrangement of administrative units.
Accordingly, employees who change their work location from the old provincial-level administrative center to the new provincial-level administrative center will be supported with 6 million VND/person/month (2 million VND for travel and 4 million VND for housing rental).
For employees who come to work at commune-level administrative centers after the arrangement, they will be supported with travel costs from VND 500,000 to VND 2 million/person/month, depending on the travel distance. In particular, those who come to work in Nhon Chau island commune will be supported with 2 million VND/person/month.
The support policy is applied for 2 years, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
More than 1400 hectares of land for 52 energy projects
The meeting also approved the Resolution on the list of land plots to be bid to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Gia Lai province.
This list includes land plots serving the implementation of 52 renewable energy projects, including: 5 hydropower projects, 13 solar power projects, 32 wind power projects and 2 thermal power projects.
The total land area for the above projects is more than 1,470 hectares, with a total power generation capacity of more than 2,000MW.

According to the plan, the projects will be auctioned in the period of 2025-2026. The Provincial People's Council assigned the Department of Finance to preside over the bidding to select investors, to be completed within 12 months from the date of approval of the investment policy.
Need to remove bottlenecks in investment
Speaking at the closing session, Mr. Rah Lan Chung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council - affirmed that the Resolutions passed at the session are an important legal basis for all levels and sectors to implement, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development goals in the new period.

There are less than 6 months left until the end of 2025 - a key and decisive time to complete the set socio-economic development targets and goals. To achieve the expected growth rate, Mr. Chung suggested that the Provincial People's Committee urgently review and remove obstacles in investment, production and business.
At the same time, speed up the implementation of key projects and works; promote disbursement of capital for basic construction investment; synchronously deploy budget collection solutions, determined to complete the budget collection target in 2025.
Promote administrative reform, focusing on simplifying procedures, digitalizing public services, digital transformation in State management; especially in areas such as land management, ensuring construction order, and handling petitions. At the same time, continue to ensure social security, improve the quality of education and health care, stabilize the lives of civil servants and public employees at the provincial and commune levels after the arrangement.
Immediately after the meeting, Mr. Chung suggested that the Provincial People's Committee direct departments and localities to urgently develop plans and implement the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council to ensure the highest efficiency.
