On May 14, at the Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, the Supreme People's Court announced and awarded the decision to transfer and appoint Chief Justice of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Court for Mr. Bui Danh Dai. The term of office is 5 years.
At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Cong Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization - Personnel of the Supreme People's Court - announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Danh Dai - Deputy Chief Justice of Dak Lak Provincial People's Court - to hold the position of Chief Justice of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court.
At the ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Tien sent congratulations to Mr. Bui Danh Dai on being trusted by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Supreme People's Court to entrust him with a new responsibility.
The Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court requested Mr. Bui Danh Dai to quickly grasp the local situation, promote experience and strengths, and work with the leadership of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court to improve the quality of resolving and adjudicating all types of cases, meeting the requirements of local political tasks.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Bui Danh Dai sent his deep thanks to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Supreme People's Court for trusting him with a new responsibility.
Mr. Bui Danh Dai committed to continue to strive to study, train, maintain moral qualities, and a sense of responsibility; promote the tradition of solidarity of the People's Courts at two levels in Gia Lai province; and together with the unit's leadership collective, successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Focus on leading and directing the good implementation of political tasks; improve the quality of adjudication and resolution of all types of cases; ensure that judgments and decisions are in accordance with the law, objective, and fair, without causing wrongful convictions, errors, or letting criminals escape.
