This morning (September 7), at the Conference to review the work of the Public Security in the first 6 months of 2025 in Hanoi, President Luong Cuong presented noble awards from the Party and State to the Ministry of Public Security and many collectives and individuals in the People's Public Security force with outstanding achievements, contributing to the cause of building social security and defending the Fatherland.
At the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - was honored to be awarded the First Class Medal of Military Exploit; Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - was awarded the Third Class Medal of Military Exploit.
This is the recognition of the Party and State for the outstanding contributions and feats of the two leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police in ensuring political security, social order and safety in the strategic area of the Northeast region of the Fatherland.
In recent times, under the direct leadership of Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of the Provincial Police, the Quang Ninh Police have deployed many plans and professional measures, effectively fighting all types of crimes, maintaining border security, economic security, domestic security and social order and safety.
In particular, Colonel Tran Van Phuc and Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang directly directed and participated in many major projects, coordinating smoothly between the provincial police force and professional units of the Ministry of Public Security, contributing to firmly protecting the area, creating a stable environment, serving the socio-economic development of the province.
