On the afternoon of March 4, Mr. Phan Van Thang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Party Agencies of Dong Thap province - presided over the ceremony to present the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Dao - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment - to join the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Cao Lanh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Dao, born in 1980, hometown Phong Hoa commune, Lai Vung district, Dong Thap province, has a professional qualification of Master of Finance - Banking, Senior Political Theory. Before holding the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Ms. Dao had experience in many agencies and units, such as: Head of the Department of Economics and Society (office of the Provincial Party Committee); Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
Speaking to congratulate the new Secretary of the District Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Van Thang hoped that Ms. Dao would continue to promote her work experience, capacity, and strengths, together with the Cao Lanh District Party Committee to promote the heroic tradition of the locality, the spirit of internal solidarity with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Cao Lanh District Party Committee Executive Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
As Lao Dong reported, Mr. Le Chi Thien - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cao Lanh District - was previously transferred by the Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee to work at the Provincial People's Committee so that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee could issue a Decision on transfer and appointment to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
