The conference approved Document No. 147 dated December 16 of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel for the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At the first step conference, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee unanimously approved the list of personnel meeting the standards and conditions to be introduced to the second step conference as 1 comrade (Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province).
The conference carried out steps on the personnel work process, as a result, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh was unanimously agreed upon, reaching 100%. Unanimously submitted to the Central Committee for consideration and decision.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long emphasized that the reorganization of the position of Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee is a very important content to meet the requirements of key leaders of the province, associated with the preparation and organization of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Comrade Bui Duc Hinh has held many different positions, is highly appreciated for his ethics and lifestyle; has high qualifications, capacity and prestige, meeting the requirements of leadership and direction of political tasks, socio-economic development, ensuring local national defense and security. The conference highly agreed to introduce Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province.
Previously, on December 3, 2024, Mr. Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, submitted a resignation letter. On December 12, 2024, the Central Party Secretariat approved the policy of allowing Mr. Bui Van Khanh to retire early.
