Speaking at the conference, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong said that in the past time, the leaders of the Government Inspectorate have coordinated with the leaders of 12 Ministries to direct functional units to advise on the decision to transfer work and receive inspection civil servants of 12 Ministries to the Government Inspectorate.
The Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate has met and agreed to issue a resolution on the plan of organizing the organizational structure and staffing of the units of the Government Inspectorate. In particular, unifying the general principle of personnel arrangement of units of the Government Inspectorate, specifically: The arrangement of personnel must comply with the guidelines, direction and conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Prime Minister's plan on the Scheme on arranging the inspection system.
Must fully cover the functions, tasks and powers of the units under the Government Inspectorate and the functions, tasks and powers of the Inspectorate of 12 Ministries transferred to the Government Inspectorate.
Along with that, the arrangement and assignment of personnel must be associated with restructuring and improving the quality of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Government Inspectorate, ensuring stability, avoiding major disruptions, suitable in capacity and professional qualifications; harmonious arrangement, inherited according to the ability, strengths and reputation of civil servants and management leaders.

The Government Inspector General also emphasized that this is the first time in the history of the Inspectorate that there has been a very large-scale reorganization and acceptance period, a historic revolution in the organization of the Government Inspectorate.
