Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command - informed that in the spirit of direction, the whole country plans to establish 145 Command Committees of the Defense Area.
Hanoi City alone plans to establish 5 Command Committees of the Defense Zone. Each defense zone is expected to have a payroll of 86 officers and employees.
The Political Commissar of the Command requested the officers of the Military Commands of 30 districts, towns and cities to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, proactively take all plans to be ready to dissolve the District Military Command, and establish the most effective and exemplary National Defense Area Command.
Organize discussions and agree on the unit's leadership and command on handover plans, especially the handover of defense land and archival records, ensuring compliance with regulations and no errors.
Focus on leading, directing, proposing, and resolving policies and regimes well, ensuring that redundant cadres and staff reduction according to Decree 177, Decree 178 of the Government are prompt, correct, and sufficient, avoiding complaints.
