The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Le Hong Son, has just signed and issued Official Letter No. 4831/UBND-NC dated August 27, 2025 on the implementation of policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of wards and communes to increase dissemination and dissemination of the Party's policies, conclusions and instructions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Government, the Ministries, branches, the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee on resolving policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers affected by the restructuring of the apparatus.
The head of the agency, organization or unit must identify the right subjects for resignation, promptly resolve them according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP); associated with the implementation of the goal of streamlining the payroll, improving the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees; there is no situation of avoiding or pushing work, not taking advantage of policies.
Strictly handle acts of profiteering and violations in the process of resolving policies and regimes.
Assign the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and guide units to resolve policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and 67/2025/ND-CP under the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Government, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Coordinate with the Department of Finance to review and assess affected cases; propose and report to the City People's Committee.
