On December 9, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work. Colonel Le Quy Thuong - Deputy Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police presided over the ceremony.
At the ceremony, the leader of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department announced the decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan - Head of Tu Ky District Police to be appointed to hold the position of Head of Chi Linh City Police.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Chief of Chi Linh City Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.
