On December 8, Hai Duong City Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police on personnel work. Attending the ceremony were Colonel Bui Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Mr. Le Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Kien - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee.

Colonel Bui Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police - presented the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Duc - Head of Cam Giang District Police - to take up the position of Head of Hai Duong City Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Bui Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - asked the new Chief of Hai Duong City Police to continue promoting the spirit, intelligence and mettle of a leader and commander in the People's Police force.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Duc - the new Chief of Hai Duong City Police - thanked the provincial police leaders for their attention and trust and will continue to strive to maintain internal solidarity, together with the entire Hai Duong City Police force to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
