The Hai Phong City People's Committee Office coordinates with the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Office to organize training (addition) for a number of shared information systems to serve Party, State agencies, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level in person and online with the bridge in Hai Duong province and 114 communes and special zones (under Hai Phong City after the merger).
At the conference, delegates were instructed on how to synthesize reporting information; operate the Party's document management system software; the 1022 Headline system to receive and process feedback and recommendations from people; instruct on how to manage and operate the Commune-level Electronic Information Portal.
This is an activity to concretize Plan No. 01 of the Steering Committee for the development of a Project to reorganize and reorganize provincial and commune-level administrative units in the city, preparing for the trial operation of Party agencies, authorities, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level according to the 2-level local government model expected to be implemented from July 1.
