According to the decision, the Hai Phong City Steering Committee came to the room to combat wastefulness by the Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung as the Head of the Steering Committee; Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan is the Standing Deputy Head of the Standing Committee. Two Deputy Heads are the Director of the Department of Finance and the Chief Inspector of the City. The members of the Steering Committee include the Director of the City Police, Departments of Home Affairs, Justice, Industry and Trade, Health, Construction, Education and Training, Science and Technology, Agriculture and Environment, Foreign Affairs, Culture, Sports and Tourism and Chief of the City People's Committee Office.
The Steering Committee is an interdisciplinary coordination organization, which helps the City People's Committee to study, direct and coordinate to solve important and interdisciplinary tasks related to rooms and waste combat. Helping the City People's Committee to study, consult, recommend, propose directions and solutions to solve important and interdisciplinary issues related to the implementation of the National Strategy on Prevention and Control, the Government's overall program on thrift practice, waste combat and implement other important tasks and solutions in the room, and waste wasting resources of the economy.
The Steering Committee is responsible for assisting the City People's Committee in directing and coordinating between Departments, branches, localities and relevant agencies and organizations in resolving important, inter-sectoral issues to implement the National Strategy on Waste Prevention and Control, the Comprehensive Program, the Annual Action Program of the City People's Committee on practicing thrift, combating waste and implementing other important tasks and solutions in preventing and combating waste of economic resources.
Head of Steering Committee and Deputy Head of Standing Steering Committee may use the seal of the City People's Committee; Deputy Head of Steering Committee and members of the Steering Committee when signing documents are used the seal of the department, branch or agency where they work.
Agencies with members participating in the Steering Committee use their existing apparatus to assist the members of the Steering Committee in performing the assigned tasks and powers according to the assignment of the Head of the Steering Committee.
The Director of the Department of Finance is decided to set up a working group to work under the part -time regime led by a Deputy Director of the Department of Finance as the leader, members who are leaders of the functional departments of the relevant departments, agencies and localities.
The Department of Finance is the standing agency of the Steering Committee, assisting the Director of the Department of Finance and the Deputy Head of the Steering Committee to advise the Steering Committee to promulgate the Regulation on Organization and Operation, the Work Program and assign the tasks of the Steering Committee members.
The Department of Finance shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the relevant departments, agencies and local agencies to report to the City People's Committee and the City Steering Committee on the situation and results of the implementation of the National Strategy on Prevention and Control of Waste, thrift practice as prescribed or at the request of the Head of the Steering Committee.
