At the same time, the Provincial People's Council elected 2 comrades to the Provincial People's Committee, including: Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police and Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command. Both are cadres introduced by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, ensuring the standards according to regulations.
The personnel improvement is carried out to ensure the continuous leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee in the fields of national defense, security and local socio-economic development.
Colonel Dinh Viet Dung (born in 1977), from Hai Tien commune, Ninh Binh province, has held the following positions: Head of PA02 Department; Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Security Agency of Ha Tinh Provincial Police; Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security; Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police. From June 2025, Colonel Dinh Viet Dung was transferred and appointed as Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
Colonel Dinh Bat Van (born in 1975), from Xuan Lam commune, Nghe An province, has held the following positions: Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Command of Nam Dan district; Assistant to the Military Region 4 combat Department; Assistant to Office, Deputy Chief of Office of the Military Region 4 Command; Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command. From May 2025, Colonel Dinh Bat Van will hold the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
