At the meeting, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province - said that the disbursement rate of public investment capital in 2024 and the first two months of 2025 of the province is low, below the national average. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee needs to focus on directing strongly to speed up the progress of key projects and works with a widespread impact.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Council elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Tran Van Tan - Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Dang Thi Hong Nga - Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

In addition, Ms. Do Thi Nhu Tinh - former Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province was elected to hold the position of Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the 8th Provincial People's Council.
