This morning (October 20) in Hanoi, the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.
The conference was held in person from the Central bridge at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House; combined online to 14,934 bridges, with more than 1.2 million participants in the Party Committees directly under the Central Committee; advisory and support agencies of the Party at the Central Committee, Party Executive Committees of ministries, branches, units, Party Delegations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations; Provincial and City Party Committees directly under the Central Committee...
General Secretary and President To Lam attended and directed the Conference at the Central bridge point.
Also attending at the Central bridge were Politburo members: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong. Also attending were Politburo members and Secretariat members.
The conference was held to raise awareness and responsibility in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference; focusing on the highest level of finishing work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best prepare for the work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates.
According to the working program, at the Conference, delegates will listen to Politburo member, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang deliver a presentation on the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam".
Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026 - 2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance - budget plan 2025 - 2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North - South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government".
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Le Minh Hung delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party Election Regulations; on summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".
