At the conference, the leaders of the Organizing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions on the establishment of the Party Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Agencies, the Party Committee of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee; the decision to merge the Propaganda Department of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee and the Mass Mobilization Department of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee into the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

Next is the decision on appointing the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Party Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Thai Binh province for the 2020 - 2025 term.

According to this decision, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Party Agencies of Thai Binh province for the 2020 - 2025 term.

The conference also announced the decisions to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Thai Binh province; and to end the activities of the Board for Protection and Health Care of Thai Binh Provincial Officials.

In addition, the conference also announced the conclusions of the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee on the reorganization of the internal apparatus of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Office, Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union and Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation.
