Hung Yen prepares a plan to arrange mass gatherings

On March 10, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee met to review and give opinions on a number of important contents.

Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the Department of Home Affairs of Hung Yen province submitted a proposal on requesting a policy to arrange mass organizations in the province. The Department of Agriculture and Environment submitted a draft report summarizing the implementation results of Plan No. 93a/KH-UBND dated March 31, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee and the results of the implementation of Resolution No. 40-NQ/TU dated July 31, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in Hung Yen province; a report on the repeal of Decision No. 3022/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the Project "Improving the efficiency of site clearance to implement investment projects in the province".

Delegates gave their opinions on a number of issues, including opinions on the arrangement of mass associations in the province, which need to pay attention to the arrangement of overlapping associations of similar nature.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Quoc Van requested the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to accept the opinions expressed at the meeting. Regarding the proposal to request a policy to arrange mass associations in the province, the Department of Home Affairs agreed on the contents of the proposal to submit to the next meeting.
