On the morning of September 22, at Khanh Hoa Children's Cultural Palace, the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, solemnly opened. In his opening speech, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh affirmed: In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee has closely followed the leadership of the Central Committee, successfully organized congresses at all levels, created a wide range of political activities, promoted the intelligence and strength of solidarity among cadres, party members and people.
This Congress was seriously and elaborately prepared. The draft documents are tightly and scientifically constructed, demonstrating the direction of General Secretary To Lam: "One locality - One vision - One action - One belief".
During the completion process, the document received many opinions from leaders, experts, cadres, party members and people; especially the direct direction of comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman.
Todays documents are the crystallization of the efforts, intelligence and determination of the entire Party Committee, people and army of Khanh Hoa province, demonstrating the aspiration for development in the new period the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.
Outstanding achievements and new orientations
In the 2020 - 2025 term, Khanh Hoa's economy will maintain high growth, the industry structure will shift in the right direction, and infrastructure will be invested synchronously.
The province has attracted a number of strategic investors, improving the quality of education, healthcare, social security, and improving people's lives.
National defense and security are maintained, and foreign affairs are effectively implemented. The work of building the Party and the political system has made clear progress. In particular, the restructuring of the apparatus has been vigorously implemented, helping agencies from the province to the grassroots operate effectively.
Immediately after the formation of the new province, the Party Executive Committee issued a Resolution on double-digit economic growth and organized a meeting with large enterprises to concretize Resolution 68 of the Politburo.
