The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the National Assembly Party Committee to direct the issuance of legal documents to ensure consistency and synchronization of the legal system on decentralization and delegation of authority according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Government and other issues related to legal procedures; and proposed that the National Assembly, through monitoring and detecting local shortcomings, propose amending the regulations to suit reality.
