The Congress was attended by representatives of leaders of central ministries and departments, revolutionary veterans, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces; leaders and former leaders of Ninh Binh province through the ages; along with 500 delegates representing the will and aspirations of more than 240,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.
This is the first congress after the merger of the three provinces of Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh. The Congress is of special significance to the comprehensive development of Ninh Binh province in the period of 2025 - 2030.
According to the program, the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place from September 30 to October 1, with the theme: "Promoting the strength of great solidarity, joining hands to build a clean and strong Party and political system; exploiting potential, advantages, accelerating breakthroughs; developing modern industry, high-quality tourism services, green urban areas associated with heritage; striving to make Ninh Binh a centrally-run city by 2030".
Slogan: "Solidarity - Responsibility - Discipline - Breakthrough". The Congress will fully implement 2 contents according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, which are: Summarizing the implementation of the goals and tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term and determining the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term; Discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Previously, on September 30, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress held a special session to elect the Presidium, Secretariat and the Delegation of the Congress's Delegation status Inspection Committee.
As a result, 100% of delegates voted unanimously with the Presidium of 15 people, the Secretariat of 3 people and the Delegation Committee of 7 people.
The delegates also approved the rules and regulations of the Congress. At the same time, report on the synthesis of comments from the Congresses of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Also at the dismissal session, delegates held talks to clarify the results achieved in the 2020 - 2025 term, propose many tasks and solutions to successfully achieve the goals set for the 2025 - 2030 term.
