This is the first Congress after the merger of the three provinces of Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh. The Congress is of special significance to the comprehensive development of Ninh Binh province in the period of 2025 - 2030.
The bowel meeting was attended by 500 delegates representing the will and aspirations of more than 240,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.
Before conducting the content of the admission session, the delegates spent a minute commemorating the people who died due to natural disasters and floods in the past.
At the election session, the Congress elected the Congress's executive and working agencies, including: Presidium, Secretariat and the Congress's Delegation Committee.
As a result, 100% of delegates voted unanimously with the Presidium of 15 people, the Secretariat of 3 people and the Delegation Committee of 7 people.
The delegates also approved the rules and regulations of the Congress. At the same time, report on the synthesis of comments from the Congresses of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Also at the dismissal session, delegates held talks to clarify the results achieved in the 2020 - 2025 term, propose many tasks and solutions to successfully achieve the goals set for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress was held with the theme: "Promoting the strength of great solidarity, joining hands to build a clean and strong Party and political system; exploiting potential, advantages, accelerating breakthroughs; developing modern industry, high-quality tourism services, green urban areas associated with heritage; striving to make Ninh Binh a centrally-run city by 2030".
The Congress motto is determined to be: "Solidarity - Responsibility - Discipline - Breakthrough". The congress was attended by 500 official delegates and 285 invited delegates.
The Congress will fully implement 2 contents according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, which are: Summarizing the implementation of the goals and tasks of the 2020 - 2025 term and determining the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term; Discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will take place over 2 days (September 30 and October 1). The opening ceremony of the Congress will be held tomorrow morning (October 1).
