Lao Dong Newspaper has had many reflections on the Investment Project to build the extended Thang Loi road (Song Cong city) implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) - Build-Transfer Contract (BT).
The project has a total length of over 2.4km with a total investment of over 130 billion VND, invested by Tien Manh Lai Chau Company Limited and repaid with land funds on both sides of the extended Thang Loi road.
Although it has been implemented for many years, the project has not been completed and is in an unfinished state, affecting the urban beauty and the lives of people in the area.
