On September 26, at the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Thanh Tri commune, the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City - Election Unit No. 6 met with voters of 14 communes and wards: Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Yen Nghia, Phu Luong, Kien Hung, Thanh Oai, Binh Minh, Tam Hung, Dan Hoa, Thanh Tri, Dai Thanh, Nam Phu, Ngoc Hoi, Thanh Liet.
The delegation included Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Judicial Committee, the Hanoi People's Court Jury Do Duc Hong Ha; Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan.
The conference was held to prepare for the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, scheduled to open on October 20, 2025. This is the final session of the 15th National Assembly (term 2021-2026), which is considered to be of special significance with a large workload, many historical and important contents, creating a foundation for a new development stage of the country.
At the conference, voters expressed their excitement and agreement with the timely and breakthrough decisions of the central government, contributing to creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the country.
There were 4 voters who spoke, focusing on recommendations in the following areas: Construction of rural traffic infrastructure, conversion of land use purposes; shortcomings in Thanh Ha urban area, resolving policies and regimes for part-time staff at the grassroots level.
In particular, the issue that the Ministry of Education and Training needs to pay attention to and develop between cultural education combined with moral education for students in schools.
Voter of Thanh Tri commune Nguyen Duc Huan recommended that departments, branches and local authorities pay attention to investing in infrastructure, especially quickly implementing rural traffic construction projects in the area to ensure the safety of people when participating in traffic.
Voters of Thanh Oai Duong Commune Tien Lam and Chu Thi Yen recommended that the authorities remove difficulties in the issue of converting land use rights, creating conditions for people to build houses to stabilize their lives.
Voters of Binh Minh commune Ta Xuan Truong proposed to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to resolve urgent and existing problems in Thanh Ha urban area.
Notably, recently at Dai Kim Secondary School, a 7th grade male student had inappropriate behavior, physically affecting the teacher. Therefore, it is recommended that the Ministry of Education and Training pay attention to between cultural education and moral education for students, such as respect for teachers, love and discipline of students towards teachers, grandparents, parents, and the elderly. The motto of education must be "School reform - post-school education".
Voter Ta Xuan Truong also recommended that the relevant agencies study and resolve the regime for non-professional cadres at the grassroots level when they do not continue to participate in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level...
On behalf of the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation - Election Unit No. 6, Mr. Do Duc Hong Ha accepted all voters' opinions, requested the Secretariat to synthesize and forward them to the agency or unit for settlement according to its authority. Hopefully, the issues raised by voters will soon be resolved by the relevant agencies, ensuring the rights and lives of the people.
Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan informed about the expected content and program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Information on the results of handling and responses from competent authorities to voters' recommendations at previous meetings; at the same time, a summary report on the expected content and program of the 10th session.
Accordingly, the National Assembly will review and decide on 43 draft laws and resolutions under legislative work; 12 groups of contents on socio-economics, state budget, supervision and other important issues; 13 groups of contents that agencies will send reports to National Assembly deputies for study.
