Young man stabs with knife, injuring security forces in Ho Chi Minh City

HCMC - A young man - suspected of using drugs - holding a machete in an apartment building, attacked security forces, injuring one person. The subject was restrained.

On May 15, Tan Tao Ward Police, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, said that they had coordinated with the authorities to successfully control and bring the young man who broke into the building and held a knife to the apartment building to clarify.

According to initial information, this young man showed signs of suspected drug use and causing trouble in the apartment building. When local police and security teams approached to handle the case, the subject fiercely resisted and used a knife to defend the case.

After many unsuccessful efforts to persuade, the authorities were forced to take control measures. During the fight, a person from the security force suffered injuries to his face and ears.

Finally, with the coordination of professional units, the authorities successfully controlled the young man and brought him to the police station for investigation. Initially, the subject was identified as T.Q.T (32 years old), a resident living on the 14th floor of the above apartment building.

The police are currently continuing to investigate the case, clarify related details and determine the cause of the subject's unusual behavior.
