According to initial information, this young man showed signs of suspected drug use and causing trouble in the apartment building. When local police and security teams approached to handle the case, the subject fiercely resisted and used a knife to defend the case.

After many unsuccessful efforts to persuade, the authorities were forced to take control measures. During the fight, a person from the security force suffered injuries to his face and ears.
Finally, with the coordination of professional units, the authorities successfully controlled the young man and brought him to the police station for investigation. Initially, the subject was identified as T.Q.T (32 years old), a resident living on the 14th floor of the above apartment building.
