HCMC - On the morning of July 3, Chairman of the HCMC People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc presided over the ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint leaders to 54 affiliated public service units.

HCMC Urban Railway Management Board: Mr. Phan Cong Bang holds the position of Head of the Board. The Deputy Heads of the Committee include Ms. Vu Minh Huyen, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hien and Mr. Bui Anh Huan.

Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board: Mr. Luong Minh Phuc continues to hold the position of Director. The Deputy Directors include Mr. Le Ngoc Hung, Mr. Le Huu Dung and Mr. Trinh Linh Phuong.

Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board: Mr. Dau An Phuc as Director; Deputy Directors include Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh Dung and Mr. Van Phu Thai.

The Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Civil and Industrial Works: Mr. Vo Duc Thanh (former Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Chanh District) was appointed as Director. The Deputy Directors include Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Mr. Duong Minh Thuy, Mr. Huynh Minh Hung and Mr. Le Van Dung.

Ho Chi Minh City Urban Development Management Board: Mr. Truong Thanh Binh holds the position of Deputy Head of the management and operation board. Other Deputy Heads include Mr. Vuong Hoai Nam, Mr. Duong Thanh Cong, Mr. Truong Tien Trien and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien.

Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Studies: Mr. Truong Minh Huy Vu holds the position of Director. The Deputy Directors include Mr. Pham Binh An, Mr. Tran Thanh Binh and Mr. Vu Chi Kien.

Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center: Ms. Vo Thi Trung Trinh holds the position of Director. The Deputy Directors include Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa and Mr. Nguyen Tran Phu Thinh.

Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City: Mr. Le Truong Duy as Director. The two Deputy Directors are Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy and Mr. Pham Phu Truong.

Ho Chi Minh City Youth Volunteer Force: Mr. Trieu Do Hong Phuoc (Chairman of the People's Committee of the old Nha Be District) holds the position of Commander.

Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC): Mr. Tran Phu Lu holds the position of Director. The two Deputy Directors are Ms. Cao Thi Phi Van and Ms. Ho Thi Quyen.

At the ceremony, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also announced the decision to appoint leaders of 10 press agencies under the city, including: Ho Chi Minh City People's Voice (VOH); Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV); Binh Duong Provincial Radio and Television Station; Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Radio and Television Station; Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper; Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Magazine; Saigon Business Magazine; Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine; General Science Magazine; Saigon Economics Magazine.
