The Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center (under the Department of Construction) has just sent a document to departments, branches, sectors, unions and public service units in the city regarding the organization of shuttle buses for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at Party, State agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and public service units.
From July 1, the Center has arranged free shuttle buses to serve daily travel needs from the Administrative Centers of the two provinces of Binh Duong (old) and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old) to the Administrative Center of Ho Chi Minh City and vice versa.
Binh Duong - Ho Chi Minh City route: Starting from the old Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, the destination is Saigon Bus Station.

Ba Ria - Vung Tau - HCMC route: Starting from Coopmart Vung Tau supermarket (Nguyen An Ninh street), passing through the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Administrative Center (old) and ending at Saigon Bus Station.

The vehicles used include 4 45-seat cars and 6 16-seat cars manufactured in 2025, equipped with free Wi-Fi.
The subjects of service are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the above-mentioned agencies and units. When getting on the bus, passengers only need to present their civil servant or public employee cards to use the service.

The Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center has developed a form of registration to use a shuttle bus service. Officials and civil servants from the old Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau can access the link or scan the QR code to register according to the following needs:
- Use a fixed route every Monday to Friday.
- Use an un fixed route, register daily.
- Use the route at the beginning and end of the week (only applicable to the old Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Ho Chi Minh City Center and vice versa).
Based on the actual number of registered users, the Center will adjust the vehicle and trip number to suit the needs.
