On January 3, information from the Ministry of Justice said that Deputy Minister of Justice Dang Hoang Oanh chaired the Conference on deploying the work in 2025 of the Department of Inspection of Legal Normative Documents (QPPL) and the Department of Management of Handling of Administrative Violations and Monitoring of Law Enforcement.
The year 2025 is identified as a year of acceleration and breakthrough, which is of great significance in successfully implementing the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025. The Deputy Minister requested that the two units pay attention to implementing well a number of key contents.
Accordingly, the two units continue to thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated November 9, 2022 of the Party Central Committee on continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period and the Action Program of the Ministry and the Justice sector to implement the Resolution;
Continue to advise the Ministry's leaders to complete the organizational structure and arrange and assign civil servants according to the organizational structure of the new unit in the spirit of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Justice on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee; continue to closely and effectively guide, monitor, grasp and inspect the implementation of all aspects of the Department's functions and tasks at ministries, branches and localities.
The Department of Inspection of Legal Documents proactively coordinates with relevant units to strongly strengthen the inspection and review of legal documents; effectively organizes the operation of the "Information system for receiving and handling feedback and recommendations on legal documents" after being approved by the Prime Minister.
Regarding the Department of Administrative Violations Handling and Law Enforcement Monitoring, the Deputy Minister requested the Department to continue guiding ministries, branches and localities to resolve difficulties in the enforcement of laws on administrative violations handling; speed up the implementation of the National Database project on administrative violations handling according to the provisions of law...
