The Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee recently met to consider a proposal to discipline Mr. Tran Dinh Ninh, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; former Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Nghia City (formerly Gia Nghia Town).
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee found that, with the responsibility of Standing Committee Member, Vice Chairman of Gia Nghia Town People's Committee; Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Gia Nghia Town People's Committee, Mr. Ninh had committed violations and shortcomings.
Mr. Ninh committed violations and shortcomings in his leadership, direction, management, and execution of assigned professional tasks. He allowed violations and shortcomings to occur in land management and use.
Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Executive Committee decided to discipline Mr. Tran Dinh Ninh with the form of Reprimand.
